This event spotlights 5 Hawaii entrepreneurs who identify as creators, designers, artists, and/or dedicated professionals. We aim to connect the end users with the products and the passionate individuals behind them. Come and meet the makers of your well-loved & trusted Hawaiian-made products! Enjoy free champagne, food for sale by Morning Brew, education about Hawaii plastic pollution with Eco-Mermaid Conservation, education about the fast fashion industry with PlanIt Branding, and more!
David Shepard Hawaiʻi
David Shepard Hawaiʻi is a design company with a conservation mission. Hawaiʻi designer David Shepard hand draws detailed artistic representations of native Hawaiian plants. Printed onto natural fiber fabrics, art forms the basis for sustainable and meaningful clothing that is made locally in Hawaiʻi. Each art print for fabric has a story behind it that highlights local flora and fauna and the people and organizations that care for them. By donating a percentage of proceeds to Hawaiʻi conservation organizations every year, David Shepard Hawaiʻi commits itself to slow fashion that supports the local environment.

India Aloha is a jewelry company based in Hawai'i that specializes in creating unique, handcrafted pieces inspired by the island's natural beauty and cultural heritage. Their collections feature a blend of traditional and contemporary designs, made with high-quality materials such as precious metals and gemstones. India Aloha aims to offer jewelry that not only enhances personal style but also embodies the spirit and essence of Hawaii.
Suzanne Jennerich
Suzanne Jennerich is a talented artist based in Hawai'i, known for her captivating and vibrant paintings that reflect the natural beauty and cultural richness of the islands. Her work often features lush landscapes, intricate flora, and dynamic compositions that evoke a deep sense of place and connection to nature. Suzanne's artistry extends beyond traditional canvases, encompassing murals and other large-scale works that bring a piece of Hawaiian paradise into any space. Kailua Honey
Beekeeping inspired Kailua Honey to craft nourishing products featuring the purest Hawaiian honey and handpicked local ingredients. Embracing their foundational principles of supporting local communities, sustainability, and harnessing the power of natural superfoods, they take pride in their small-batch creations that nourish mind, body and soul.
Joy Within Hawaii
Joy Within Hawai'i has two collections- the Hana Hou Collection and the Hawai'i Artists Collection. The Hana Hou collection is all about upcycling. She sources used fabrics to give them new life; because of this, when the fabric is gone, it's gone. She also creates custom pieces using sentimental fabrics to preserve memories into a new fun item!
In Artists Collection, she uses fabrics from local designers and incorporates them into her designs! All items are lovingly designed and handmade by Alisa in Mililani!
